Shipping policy

Shipping
United States: all orders ship free within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after they ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Canada and Mexico: we ship to Canada and Mexico for a flat $15 (USD), with delivery typically 7–14 business days after shipping.

Everywhere else: we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, at the carrier's actual rate (USPS or DHL Express) with no markup, and you can choose the service that suits you. Delivery times vary by destination and service, typically 5–20 business days after shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country; these are set by the carrier or customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order changes and address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us at standardissue@poseidonaero.com as soon as possible; we cannot change an address once an order has shipped.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at standardissue@poseidonaero.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will make it right.
